Classic stands form the majority among exhibitors on the fair because you can exhibit products and services in the most exquisite and elegant manner.
During the past years we have received requests from among others travel agencies, small businesses and start-ups on registration, who have need for a meeting point, but not via a classic stand.
We have created the solution via the new “Walk & Talk” section which offers the exhibitors with smaller space needs – and for a corresponding lower rent – to take part in Aarhus Bike Show.

In 2019 two buildings houses the total exhibition space of 1,700 square metres at Aarhus Bike Show.
In Centralværkstedet the stands are typically 3×3 metres and in Smedien the stands vary in size from minimum 3×2 square metres.
Naturally you can module several stands according to your needs for a bigger stand.
The price per square metre stand is DKK 799.- (equivalent to EUR 109,-)

A section approx. 5 metres wide and 12 metres long will be dedicated in front of the stage in Centralværkstedet. The exhibitors can move freely among the café tables and display two roll-ups.
The Walk & Talk exhibitors do not have a table of their own but the opportunity to circulate among the visitors for gaining contact with potential customers by handing out print medias.
The price for exhibiting in this section is DKK 2,495.- (equivalent to EUR 339,-)
The Walk & Talk section offers space for 12 exhibitors.

The registration fee per exhibitor is DKK 1,995.- per stand. (Equivalent to EUR 269,-)
There is no registration fee for “Walk & Talk” exhibitors
